Attorney Brad Zuke
Partner
Brad joined the firm in September of 2017, and continues his practice in general business, estate planning and probate, commercial real estate, and municipal law.
Brad works with individuals and their businesses to take care of immediate needs and plan for the future. He helps people and their families with estate planning, asset management, and probate and estate administration. He works with business owners to start and grow their enterprises, selecting entity types and defining ownership structures. Brad routinely collaborates with his clients’ CPAs on individual, partnership and corporate tax matters in order to maximize profit retention for individuals and entities. He is a “fine print” reader and writer. He regularly assists clients with commercial real estate transactions and financing. Prior to his work in private practice in Lancaster, Brad was general counsel for a company building and operating skilled nursing and assisted living facilities in the western U.S.
Brad has lived and worked in Lancaster since 2003, and enjoys meeting with people both in Lancaster City and out in the County. He lives in Neffsville with his wife, Susan. Between them they have four usually wonderful grown children, and four always wonderful grandchildren. While the office is nice, Brad loves being outdoors and you’ll often see him riding his bicycle to and from work. Outside of paid work, Brad believes very strongly in doing what we can to make our community a more liveable place through volunteer efforts and special projects. He and Sue enjoy live local music (he listens and she dances), and he is integral in helping produce the Summer Music Series concerts at Long’s Park.
